Had a good stay in the hotel, everything was excellent. Booked a room with a view of the pool. The breakfast had a good choice of fab food and drinks.

Everything was very easy, excellent service, incredible location just next door to parks as well as Universal's CityWalk. The room was huge with a king bed, charging ports, separate bedroom, the staff were outstandingly accommodating, did everything...

The hotel property was fantastic with convenient location next to park and Universal Studios. Liked staying here, my room was luxury and had central heating, a safe and ironing facilities. The staff was efficient, I had a fine experience.

Beautiful location, amazing pool. I loved the Asian cuisine served here. Clean bathroom, extremely comfy bed, great bedroom. The staff always extremely helpful.

The breakfast was free, had lots of options and the food was different. Reasonably large suite and exceptionally comfortable bed. Phenomenal location, just a short stroll away from hard rock live.

Glorious location ; warm breakfast and comfortable bed. The stuff did all they can for a chill out stay. Loved the room, it was normal. Really ideally located hotel. What a special place to stay!

strong water tavern, set within 10 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. it's worth staying here and exploring universal studios orlando district.
